Most of the work here comes from people the workshop has built for before, or from someone they sent. That only happens when the job is done properly and the conversation stays straight, including when the news is not what anyone hoped for.
Small jobs get the same attention as full builds. A bracket, a setup change or a ground-up rebuild all pass through the same two sets of hands, and the person who brings in the small job is often the one who brings in the big one later.
